        A Tiny Shift
In Connecting the world
"Our mission is to have a serious discussion on how to prevent our mass extinction be that through war, famine, a nuclear winter or climate change."

To do that, technical solutions are not enough.  We need to resolve our social ills as well.

Every word you utter to another human being has an effect, but you don't know it. If people began to understand, that change comes as a result of millions of tiny acts that seem totally insignificant, well then, they wouldn't hesitate to take those tiny acts.

Today's Thought:

How can we build trust in a world when the order of the day is posturing and propaganda?

and still no decent answers nor solutions.  A Tiny Shift is now an ad noc, informal discussion group as we look for answers that can be anwered, solutions that are doable.  Why? We need a "better" more sustainable world with an equitable resources distribution for us all so that our young can have a future on this planet,  long enough and well enough.

Initially we had hoped to a connect a school to the net that could not afford to so.  That mission failed. Hence:

The  documentary film  "I AM"  by Tom Shadyac, director of "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", "Bruce Almighty" and "The Nutty Professor"  asks the compelling questions:

"What is wrong with our world?"
"What Can We Do About It"
