Mission/Vision/Values /Goals/People
The great thing in this world is not so much where we stand,
as in what direction we are moving.
       Oliver Wendall Holmes
Mission:
  1. "To build a better world by building a better me!"  To support those who are trying to do just that.
  2. To examine how we do things.
  3. To find new ways of doing things where we've failed in the past thus creating "A Tiny Shift" in all that we do.
Vision:

    1.  People working together on goals of "a Tiny Shift", accepting of our
differences yet pivoting around our commonality.

Values
  1. Support the health and well being of all!
  2. Respect the dignity of all.
  3. Understand how respect and dignity is expressed.
  4. Respect and form an appreciation for each other's cultures, values, ideas and ways of life!
  5. Enhance initiative not take it away!
  6. Be thrifty with our resources!
  7. Be open and transparent!
  8. Be positive in word, deed and thought!
  9. We DO NOT accept monetary contributions!   However, we gratefully accept expertise and services from people and organizations that share our views
Goals
  1.  Look after and respect our planet including our non-human inhabitants
  2.  Cultivate development of our young (and not so young) people, here and abroad, especially in the area of self esteem!
  3.  Equalize opportunities and resources for all
  4.  Encourage dignity and respect in all that we do, for ourselves and with everyone else.
  5. Fnd working methods that incorporate these first four goals
